GKIQ respects copyright and expects users, contributors, and partners to do the same. Because the platform organizes digital educational material, we maintain a public takedown process for rights holders and authorized representatives.

How to submit a notice

Send copyright complaints to copyright@gkiq.app.

Notices should be specific enough for us to identify the material and review the claim promptly.

  • The exact URL of the reported page or resource.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or rights involved.
  • Your name, organization if applicable, and reliable contact information.
  • A statement explaining why the use is unauthorized or infringing.

What happens after a notice

  • We review the complaint for completeness and plausibility.
  • We may disable access, unpublish, or remove the material while the issue is under review.
  • We may request additional information where the claim is incomplete or ambiguous.

Counter-notice and dispute handling

If a user or uploader believes content was removed in error, we may review a counter-notice or clarification request where legally appropriate.

Submitting false or misleading claims may carry legal consequences.

Repeat infringement and moderation

  • We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for repeat infringement or repeated abusive submission patterns.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that creates unresolved copyright or licensing risk even before a formal dispute is completed.
